About Us

Everest Talent Management was born of the founders’ realization that professional athletes have deep interests and passions beyond the game, but generally lack the right off-field team to act on them.

For athletes:

For many professional athletes, much of their identity is tied to “on-field” performance and there is the potential to miss that sense of purpose when the lights no longer shine on them. By identifying and building an authentic “off-field” brand while at the peak of their athletic careers, athletes have the opportunity to form partnerships with companies, non-profits and individuals that are not connected just to their identity as an athlete but to their true passion beyond the game, which can last well beyond their playing days.

Everest Talent Management was created to help a select group of athletes discover their true identity when they are not competing and help them build for-profit and social impact initiatives around that passion while they are at the top of their game. We do that by doing the following:

  • Helping them identify their passion and their unique ability, and creating a brand strategy that is tailored for them

  • Sourcing, negotiating and managing brand partnerships that are not just transactional, but strategic; these partnerships can be endorsements, equity-based collaborations or strategic investments, among others

  • Working with the athlete and advising their communications/social media team to ensure social media posts and general communications are consistent with the desired positioning

  • Ideating, advising and supporting the creation of new business ventures when appropriate

  • Developing and executing a social impact strategy in alignment with their broader brand and interests

As Everest Talent Management grew our client list and relationships across the United States and Europe and across multiple sports, we started being approached by brands that were seeking athlete and talent partnerships that were strategic, long-lasting and authentic to their brand ethos. Our brand advisory services help companies by:

  • Helping set clear goals and strategic options to engage in talent partnerships that are aligned with the company’s overall strategy

  • Identifying, sourcing, negotiating and helping manage talent relationships

  • Helping identify team needs and supporting the sourcing and hiring of new staff, as needed

  • Measuring and tracking deliverables of talent relationships against objectives
